Dr Stina Bratt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cStina\u2019s research proposal, which focuses on the regulation of discharge from liability, is topical. It also creatively intersects the areas of law to which Sven devoted particular attention in his academic writing \u2013 company law, corporate governance and tort. The committee looks forward to serving as a reference group for the research project which promises to be a welcome contribution by a young and talented academic to a subject fraught with unresolved issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stina will work for one year on this project, which should result in the publication of a research report and a final seminar at which the research is presented and discussed.<\/p>\n<p>The award committee consisted of Supreme Court Justice Svante O Johansson (chair), Professor Rolf Skog, Professor Niklas Arvidsson, Advokat Eva H\u00e4gg and Advokat Patrik Marcelius.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":5855,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[62],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5850","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-sccl-en"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.1.1 -
