With her solid experience and commitment to commercial law, Sara will lead the Centre&#8217;s work, including strengthening SCCL as a research environment and our international exchanges.<\/p>\n<p>Sara G\u00f6thlin has been affiliated with the Centre since 2019, and defended her thesis in property and insolvency law in 2023 with elements of financial market law. Since then, she has conducted an externally funded research project on company reorganisation at SCCL. Since 2020, she has been the course director for the special course Financial Markets and Credit.
