A part of the chartered foundation for the support of the SCCL comprises companies who wish to take part in and support the SCCL. Here are found i.e. banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and some large industrial companies.

Contacts at Company Friends receive invitations to the activities organized by the SCCL. These consist annually of about fifty short seminars arranged by the various research departments, as well as a number of larger seminars and conferences.
The contributions from Company Friends make it possible for SCCL to maintain a high level of seminar activities and also carry out various research projects. The Oxford collaboration is one of the many projects that would not have been possible without this support.
